Assembly Technician, on site Stanstead Abbotts, Ware, East Hertfordshire - 6 month contract Working hours Monday-Thursday 8-5. Fridays 8-2.30 Responsible for assembling parts and components to build mechanical or electrical products. Duties and responsibilities: Assemble components in accordance with technical drawings. Test completed assemblies for correct operation. Perform basic maintenance on machinery and equipment. Identify and replace defective assembly components. Investigate and diagnose faults. Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to. Basic Requirements: Experience in a production and assembly environment. Experienced and able to use a variety of hand and power tools. Able to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and instructions.
