You agree that information contained on this Site is for personal use only and may not be sold, redistributed or used for any commercial purposes. You may download material from this Site for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep all copyright notices intact.

You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any material from this Site including code and software.

You may not use information contained on our Site on your own website or in any other publication without our prior written consent.

Quero Media does not endorse or recommend any of the job opportunities advertised on its Site and it is your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy and usefulness of all advice, services and other information provided through the Site or on the Internet in general.

In no event will Quero Media be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you or anyone else in reliance upon any information contained on or omitted from the Site.

Job vacancies – no guarantees

Quero Media offers no guarantee to you of the continued availability of any particular job advertised on the Site and will not be liable to you should an advertiser have filled the vacancy at any time prior to the removal of the advertisement from the Site.

Although Quero Media makes an effort to ensure that jobs advertised are for actual job vacancies, it gives no guarantee that every ad represents an actual or real job vacancy.

Service continuity and security of your information – no guarantees

Quero Media provides no warranty to you that the services available through its Site will be uninterrupted or free of errors. You also understand and accept that Quero Media does not guarantee that files available for download through the Site or delivered via email through the Site will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other malicious code. 

You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures or checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output.

While Quero Media takes all due care in ensuring the privacy and integrity of the information you provide, the possibility exists that this information could be unlawfully observed by a third party while in transit over the Internet or while stored on Quero Media systems or on the Site. 

Quero Media welcomes ideas and feedback from you about all aspects of the Site. 

You agree that Quero Media may reproduce, distribute, transmit and publicly display any materials and other information that you submit to any public areas of the Site

Your password and login

To become a registered user, you must provide a password and a login name. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and login name. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your login name. 

You may change your password at any time by following the indicated instructions. 

You agree to immediately notify Quero Media of any unauthorized use of your login name or any other breach of security known to you.

Quero Media may block your password and/or your access to services or restrict your access to parts of the site without notice or liability.

Use of the CV Database. All Resume Database Users agree to not:

Use CareerOne's Resume Database for any purpose other than as an employer seeking employees, including but not limited to advertising promotions, products, or services to any CV holder.

Use CareerOne's Resume Database to repeatedly make unsolicited phone calls or faxes or repeatedly send unsolicited mail, email, or newsletters to resume/CV holders or to contact any individual who has specifically informed you they do not want to be contacted.
Share Resume Database login credentials with any other party.

CareerOne reserves the right to suspend or cancel a service without notice in the event of non-compliance with its Resume Database user guidelines.

Applicable Law: 

All disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be dealt with in accordance with the laws of Romania
