These cookies collect non-personal information such as preferences and click activity for measurement and for features such as remembering your search criteria for the 'Recently Viewed Jobs” function.


If you do not wish to have cookies active whilst browsing sites, you can "opt out" by modifying the privacy options in your browser.


When using the Job Alert service

Job Alert is an optional service available to you.


CareerOne requests you to provide your email address and information relating to your employment preferences so we can notify you via email of jobs specific to your specified criteria. You will be able to unsubscribe (if you are a non-registered user) or modify/delete (if you are a registered user) the Job Alert(s) at any point in time

When we store your resume

Registered users may choose to store multiple resumes in their account and select the most suitable resume when applying to a job.


When creating your candidate profile

A registered user can create a candidate profile that may include a resume, employment and educational history, contact details, minimum salary expectations, photos or a video resume.

Employers are able to search CareerOne's database to find and contact relevant candidates.


For your candidate profile you can select one of the privacy settings as listed below:

When applying to a job advertisement

Making an online application to a job advertisement requires users to complete mandatory fields (i.e., name and email address) so that an employer can identify and contact the applicant.


How Information is used

Information posted in the jobseekers database can be accessed, used, and stored by employers.


We strive to provide a safe and secure environment by attempting to limit access to our database to legitimate users, but cannot guarantee that unauthorised parties will not gain access.


Your information

You may review, correct, or delete the personal information you submit to us at any time. Simply log into your account and go to your account profile page to make the necessary changes.

In addition to the above, you may:

Withdraw your consent to CareerOne's use of your personal information by deleting your account. This will also delete all the personal data we hold about you. This can be done by logging in to your account and accessing the ‘Edit Profile” section.

We do not share contact information with third parties for any direct marketing purposes.
