You will embrace and govern the compliance and use of the Agile LOAD framework, ensuring standardisation of approach by all 5 Change LABS. The responsibility of the Compliance and Assurance Manager is to promote the pace and value output of change being delivered by LABs and support the LAB Leads in their role of marketing the effectiveness of their LAB. Undertake audits of all governance collateral needed to ensure current status is always known.
