iTrent Systems Administrator | 6 Month Contract | (Inside IR35) | Remote | Starting ASAP Day Rate: £245 About the Role: Harvey Nash's Pub Sec client is looking for you to support the Development Officer (deputising as required) to develop, test and maintain all HR and OD systems in accordance with requirements, ensuring our systems support the team to deliver an effective, high quality and professional service. Assist with the integration of new and existing systems, deliver training to systems' users, and provide management information from system. Main Duties: Support the Programme Manager (systems development) to develop relevant services and service plans by working in partnership with colleagues (within and outwith the service) and by taking personal responsibility where appropriate for planning how these are delivered effectively and efficiently to service users. In particular: Assist with the systems element of management information reporting, planning and developing appropriately to ensure relevant, accurate high quality information can be generated. Assist with planning the implementation of new working practices and systems to ensure appropriate set up of configuration parameters and user access rights, that effective usage procedures are developed, and that training and testing requirements can be met at appropriate stages, while allowing operational requirements to continue to be met as well. Assist with planning to ensure the smooth implementation of any changes to the council's HR and OD systems Assist with development and delivery of procedures for use in relation to the effective operation of HR and OD Systems including the following responsibilities: Configure and maintain usage of relevant modules, setting up and maintaining configuration parameters and user access rights. Responsibilities : Endpoint device delivery and set-up. Using Halo's asset reports identify users and their devices that are scheduled to be replaced. Phase 1 - replace 70 devices that are over 5 years old. Phase 2 - replace c.120 devices that are 4 years old. Create Project Plan schedule for delivering 20 new endpoint devices and return of 20 old devices per week. Follow VisitScotland InTune process to build Windows 11 on the devices.
