As a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant, your role centers on partnering closely with the commercial team to assess potential client opportunities and identify core business and technical needs. Drawing on your deep product knowledge, you'll guide conversations that highlight how our offerings can solve real-world problems and deliver measurable value. You'll be responsible for designing and executing tailored product walkthroughs and solution overviews for prospects, customers, and partners. This includes building and maintaining demo environments, crafting realistic use cases, and curating narratives that effectively communicate our value proposition. Your contributions will be key in responding to technical and business documentation requests-such as RFIs and RFPs-ensuring all materials are accurate, persuasive, and aligned with client expectations. You'll also stay informed about product enhancements to deliver cutting-edge demos and lead successful PoCs. Collaboration with the sales team will be crucial to meeting revenue goals, and your insights will support pipeline progression. You'll represent the company across a variety of platforms including conferences, webinars, and trade expos, positioning our solutions competitively and credibly. A deep understanding of customer pain points-ranging from market dynamics to compliance shifts-will help you advocate internally and support solution development. You'll act as a bridge between the customer and product teams, ensuring alignment with end-user needs. Qualifications: Native/fluent German speaker with strong English communication abilities 2+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role, ideally in a pre-sales or solution engineering capacity Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA, including user acceptance testing (UAT) processes Familiarity with automated testing solutions is a plus Comfortable conveying both technical intricacies and business value in a clear, impactful manner
