Job Title: Safety Engineer Duration: 3 months (2-3 days per week) Location: Fully Remote Day Rate: £300 Outside IR35 Avanti Recruitment are seeking an experienced test engineer in the aerospace sector to work on the Development of a novel electric-hybrid propulsion system. Support will be required for the development through safety assessments, looking at the system architecture, design, and operation through driving and managing safety requirements. Qualifications and Experience : Minimum 5 years' experience in safety-related systems development. Experience with ARP4754 and ARP4761, or similar industry standards. Experience of functional hazard analysis, fault tree analysis, and safety requirement management. Working knowledge of aircraft performance, control, and operations. Working knowledge of safety critical systems, electronic hardware, and software.
