Our global client is looking for multiple Desktop Support Technicians for an initial 6-month contract in Boston . If you have a strong background in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting users, and maintaining systems, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities : Provide technical support : Respond to incoming requests via phone and work orders, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Document & track : Log all issues and resolutions, providing clear documentation. Install & upgrade systems : Perform desktop setups, software installations, and system configurations.
