As a Voice Telecoms Support Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and administering telephone systems, as well as providing support to end-users. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in Cisco IP Telephony, video conferencing systems, trading voice turrets, SIP service management, and voice recording technologies.
