Business Process Analysis: Work with stakeholders to understand their business processes and identify areas for automation and optimization using Pega applications. Design high-level workflows and process models based on the business objectives. 3. Pega Platform Expertise: Provide deep knowledge of the Pega platform, including its capabilities, limitations, and best practices. Recommend features, enhancements, or integrations based on Pegas product offerings to optimize business processes. 5. Solution Validation and Testing: Support the development team during the build phase by reviewing deliverables to ensure they meet business requirements. Participate in the testing phase by validating that the implemented solution works as intended and addresses the business needs. 6. Mentoring and Guidance: Provide guidance to junior business architects and business analysts on the team. Help with the development of best practices and methodologies for Pega projects. 7. Documentation and Training: Document business requirements, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications. Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of the Pega-based solution. 8. Change Management and Support: Manage changes in project scope and ensure any modifications align with the business goals. Provide post-implementation support to address any issues and continuously improve the solution.

In-depth knowledge of React.js and its core principles. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux and Redux). Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern Front End build pipelines and tools. Experience in functional programming (comfortable with map, filter, reduce, etc.) Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token. Experience with common Front End development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha and Enzyme Good experience in AWS cloud environment, including EC2, S3, Lambda Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
