Oracle TRCS Cloud Consultant (Contract) Outside IR35 Hybrid working (some travel within Europe) 6-12 months Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle TRCS (Tax Reporting Cloud Service) Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. As a specialist in Oracle TRCS, you will play a critical role in configuring and implementing the cloud-based tax reporting solution for our organization, ensuring compliance with European and international tax regulations. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our finance and IT teams on a transformative project to streamline tax reporting processes. Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration : Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle TRCS, configuring the system to meet the company's tax reporting needs in compliance with European regulations. Tax Reporting Optimization : Optimize the Oracle TRCS system to automate and streamline tax reporting and compliance processes, including VAT, corporate tax, and transfer pricing. Solution Design : Collaborate with finance, tax, and IT stakeholders to gather business requirements and design solutions for tax provisioning, reporting, and compliance using Oracle TRCS. Integration : Work with Oracle Cloud ERP and other financial systems to ensure smooth integration of tax reporting data across platforms. Data Migration : Oversee data migration from Legacy systems to Oracle TRCS, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Training & Support : Provide training and documentation for finance and tax teams, offering ongoing support during and post-implementation. Compliance & Reporting : Ensure the TRCS implementation adheres to European and international tax compliance standards and reporting regulations. Key Qualifications: Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle TRCS and Oracle Cloud ERP, preferably within the European market. Tax Expertise : Strong understanding of European tax regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, and compliance reporting. Technical Skills : Expertise in Oracle Cloud Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS), Oracle Financials, and related modules. Experience in designing and configuring Oracle tax reporting solutions. Business Acumen : Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional tax reporting solutions. Integration Knowledge : Proven experience in integrating Oracle TRCS with Oracle Cloud ERP and other financial systems. Communication : Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with finance, tax, and IT teams. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without Visa restrictions.
