Attract: Attend community events, encourage referrals and foster local partnerships to build your caseload with clients eager to book their new client experience. Engage: Connect, Listen, identify needs and wants, align with client goals, and use clinical expertise to analyse results. Help clients understand the value of chiropractic care through clear, engaging communication, setting the right expectations, and creating personalised care plans to achieve long-term results.
