Oracle DBA - Long-term - Utrecht, Hybrid

Levy Professionals is currently looking for an Oracle Database Administrator with strong experience in security and automation for one of the largest financial institutions in the Netherlands. You will be ensuring that the database is compliant with the current regulatory requirements and standards, and take care of embedding the solution into the company's infrastructure and code automation environment.

Responsibilities

As an Oracle DBA, these will be your key responsibilities:

-Engineering and support CI/CD pipelines and code automation scripts using Git, Jenkins, Ansible, and Python,

-Take responsibility for the operation of the Oracle database infrastructure (mostly delivered on Oracle Exadata and commodity hardware),

-Keep the environments, standards, and documents up to date with current regulations.

Who are you?

-5+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA with extensive experience in security and automation,

-Expertise in Oracle RDBMS tech stack, Exadata, and ZFS,

-Strong knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager, Enterprise Linux and virtualization

-Extensive experience with (test-) automation (Ansible, Git, Jenkins, Python, etc)

-Experience working with ArcSight, Splunk, and Qualys is a strong advantage.
