HR Payroll Specialist/Zurich/Telecommunications/CHF 60-70 per hour

We are currently supporting a Swiss Telecoms business with the recruitment of a HR Payroll Specialist on a contract basis.

General Conditions:

• Contract type: 6 Month Contract + extensions following good performance
• Location: Zurich 1-2 days per week/From home 3-4 days per week
• Start date: July/Early August 2024
• All-Inc Hourly rate: 60-70

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Processing of monthly payroll processing, including payment and booking as well as declarations to social insurance
• Processing of withholding tax statements
• Examination of entitlement to family allowances and differential payments
• Contact person for internal HR questions as well as information to employees regarding salary and social security issues
• Coordination of salary entries and provisions with the finance department
• Preparation of various evaluations and statistics
• Participation in projects
• Correspondence with social security institutions, tax offices and other authorities

Must-Have Requirements (Education, Practical Experience, Language)

• At least completed basic commercial training or equivalent
• Further training in the field of human resources, payroll and/or social insurance
• High IT affinity, very good SAP and Excel skills
• Very good knowledge of German

Desired requirements (education, practical experience, languages)

• HR controlling/financial knowledge
• Knowledge of English and/or French
• Telecommunications background

Due to the urgency, we will highly prefer someone available ASAP and will prioritize candidates who can start 01.08.2024.
