Hardware Engineer

Role details:

We're working with a trusted partner of the UK Government who have leading capabilities across engineering, physics and mathematics. They develop radio products for extreme operational environments, from under water to outer space.

They are looking for an experienced Hardware Engineer with expertise in high-speed digital electronics.

Requirements:

• Proficient in designing complex circuit boards, particularly with high-speed digital electronics.
• Experienced with components like Xilinx SoC devices, FPGAs, DDR memory, high-speed network devices (10/40/100 GigE), and radio transceivers.
• Skilled in architecting and creating detailed PCB schematic designs.
• Experienced in designing and setting up functional prototypes for system validation and testing.

Eligibility:

To be considered for the role, you must have active SC Clearance OR eligibility for clearance (UK National + Resident in the UK for the past 5 years)
