Lead Software Developer

Lead Software Developer required by a leading software company based in central Reading. The Lead Software Developer will be a hands-on development position working across the entire stack alongside leading and growing a development team.

The company are flexible with remote working and can offer a remote role with 1 day a month at the office in Reading.

The successful Lead Software Developer will provide technical direction and leadership. This is a new role and team therefore the role will be more hands-on initially but will become more leadership focused as the team grows.

Experience required:

• Tech stack: Python, React, AWS (ECS, RDS, SQS, Elasticache)
• Strong experience as Full Stack Developer
• Leadership experience
• Agile
