Able to collaborate with clients to understand their application environments, business goals and performance needs based on use cases
Analyze performance data collected by AppD to identify bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis on outages and proactively alert for potential problems
Develop custom queries and metrics to enhance visibility into key problem areas
Experience installing, configuring, and administering AppD controller and agents with different environments (windows, linux etc)
Experience monitoring large scale applications (tomcat, WebSphere, etc)
Experience in creating custom dashboards to track important business transactions and provide app performance insights.
Experience setting up application baselines, transaction thresholds, snapshot collection.
Experience creating Health Rules, Policies, Alerts and Actions
Experience with End User Monitoring, Real User Monitoring, Analytics, Infrastructure, Database (Mongo, Oracle, SQL) and Network visibility
Ability to troubleshoot slow database calls using transaction snapshots and diagnostic sessions during incidents
Experience in gathering and measuring end-to-end business transaction performance
Experience with integrating with other observability products such as 1000 eyes, DataDog, Splunk would be a plus
