• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support SAP CRM solutions within the SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Customize and configure SAP CRM to meet business requirements and enhance customer experiences.
• Provide expert advice on best practices and emerging trends in SAP CRM and E-commerce.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SAP CRM functionalities.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor and improve CRM processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
