ServiceNow Developer | 6-Month Contract (Inside IR35) | UK based

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join a ServiceNow Elite partner on a 6-month contract. You'll specialise in ITSM while having experience in CSM, workflow automation, and other key areas of the ServiceNow platform.

Location can be anywhere in the UK as there are offices in all major cities.

The Role:

• Develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM & CSM modules.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow workflows to optimise business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient design and execution of ServiceNow catalog items.
• Support and enhance ITOM and ITIL processes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of ServiceNow functionalities, ensuring system performance meets business needs.

About You:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, specialising in ITSM and CSM.
• Strong knowledge of ITOM, ITIL, and ServiceNow catalog management.
• Expertise in workflow automation and customisation on the ServiceNow platform.
• Ability to manage integration's, configurations, and enhancements within ServiceNow.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative team-player mindset.
• Great communicator both written, and verbal.
