Wintel 3rd Line Support Engineers x 2 + Full time role based in Corsham + Salary up to £54,000 per annum plus bonus + Requires candidate to undergo DV Clearance - must hold a current SC Clearance + Fantastic benefits, bonus and career progression Key Skills: + Strong background in Windows Server technology + Exchange, AD, GPO, VMWare experience + Some PKI or similar Your role will involve: All aspects of maintaining and supporting a small Windows based Live Service Network, with a range of hosted applications. Provide Level 3rd Line level support and troubleshooting to resolve issues. Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network. Assist various departments within the account to maintain network security. Establishment and adherence of processes, procedures and work instructions. Ensure accurate records are kept of network components, maintenance activities, network connections and inventory by maintaining appropriate databases. Provide technical on call support out of hours on a 1 week in 3 basis.
