Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Develop and implement assembly and test processes tailored for electrification.
Drive continuous improvement and design for assembly.
Ensure robust process quality planning, including FMEAs and Control Plans
Evaluate and integrate manufacturing technologies suited for electrification applications.
Collaborate with suppliers and support new model planning with an emphasis on electrification

What You'll Need
Proficiency in MS Office and strong IT skills.
Deep understanding of assembly processes and equipment, particularly in the context of electrification.
Proven experience in facility installation, commissioning, and product launch, with a focus on electrification.
Fluent in interpreting Electrical and Mechanical drawings as well as 2D and 3D CAD packages.
Strong grasp of manufacturing engineering principles with a knack for analysing engineering drawings.
