SAP Solution Lead (Production Planning & Quality Management)

Salary: £70000 - 90000 + benefits

Are you an SAP expert in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) ready to make an impact? My client is looking for a SAP Solution Lead to drive business-critical solutions in aerospace and defence.

Key Responsibilities for the position of SAP Solution Lead (Production Planning & Quality Management)/SAP PP & QM modules (ECC6),

• Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP PP & QM modules (ECC6), ensuring smooth integration with other SAP systems.
• Deliver expert-level SAP solutions for Production Planning and Quality Management, including user interfaces like Fiori.
• Work closely with customers to troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain SAP functionality, providing top-tier technical and process knowledge.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP modules (eg, Plant Maintenance, Project Systems, Finance, Supply Chain).
• Conduct blueprinting, requirements gathering, and design documentation.
• Manage system upgrades, changes, and enhancements to ensure SAP systems remain cutting-edge.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience, including 2 full life cycle projects, in SAP PP & QM.
• Strong understanding of SAP processes and integrations with Logistics, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Experience in large-scale SAP programs, preferably in Aerospace and defence sectors.
• Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance is a plus.
• S/4HANA experience is highly desirable.
