Our client, a top-tier global pharmaceutical company is searching for an experienced Pharmaceutical Marketer. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:  

• Lead the development and execution of digital marketing and sales strategies for the company's currently promoted product portfolio and spearhead innovative approaches for reaching customers.
• Prepare for the launch of a new medication
• Manage the marketing budget
• Mentor and collaborate with team members and interdepartmental colleagues

This is a Hybrid role where you would be working in the Toronto office on a weekly basis and therefore, must reside within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Candidates must have:

• Minimum of 3 years pharmaceutical industry experience in a marketing role and having experienced 2-3+ full brand cycles.
• Candidates with experience in oncology are highly preferred. Candidates with strong marketing experience in a specialty market (Rare disease, immunology) may also be considered.
• Experience in omni-channel marketing with a focus on digital marketing
• Solid understanding of current regulatory and market access issues in the Canadian pharmaceutical industry
• Superior collaboration and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership, business acumen and confident presentation skills
• Bachelor level degree in business or Life Sciences is required. Candidates with an advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PhD) are strongly preferred.
