Global Enterprise Partners is looking for an IT Service Architect, to join one of our largest clients on a long-term and remote assignment. For this assignment, I am looking for someone based in Hungary.

IT Service Architect responsibilities:

Service Portfolio Management

• Provide overview of the client's service offerings
• Focus on the strategic management of services and support decision making
• Ensure effective governance of the service portfolio

Service Architecture Management

• Ensure effective implementation and delivery of services
• Service Design and Service impact assessment

Service Transition

• Development and Operation of Service Transition Framework, related methodology and the Handover Process
• Coordinate the transition of new or changed services into the production - Service Acceptance Criteria (SAC)
• Coordinate IT Service Delivery's Resources towards Project Teams, manage required escalations and drive remediations
• Continuous Service Transition Improvements

Driving service innovation and development

• Lead the identification and evaluation of new service opportunities, working closely with product development teams.
• Drive the innovation of existing services by analysing customer feedback, market demands, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new service offerings,

IT Service Architect requirements:

• 10+ Years of work experience in Enterprise Service Management or similar role
• ITIL life cycle module (ITIL c3/ITIL 4)
• Fluency in English
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Having the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse set of customers or partners, across multiple disciplines
• Good experience in people management

IT Service Architect details:

• Start: October/November 2024
• Location: Hungary preferred
• Duration: 12 months
