We are for an experienced SAP CRM consultant in the Flemish region of Belgium. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing SAP CRM solutions, bringing best practices from your past experiences, and working closely with other consultants and the development team. You will need to quickly assess client needs, propose standard-first solutions, and collaborate with project managers, solution architects, and functional teams. Additionally, you will coach and train junior consultants, both in classroom settings and on the job, in CRM and consulting skills.

Experience and Skills needed:

-Experience in customizing and implementing SAP CRM processes.

-Knowledge of SAP CRM on-premise.

-Familiarity with SAP S/4 Service.

-Knowledge of SAP CX suite is a plus.

-Preferably 5+ years of experience in ISU (Industry Solutions Utilities).

-Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client expectations, anticipate needs, and propose innovative SAP solutions.

-Analytical thinker with a practical approach, focusing on fit-for-purpose solutions.

-Experience leading workshops and defining business solutions based on SAP standard processes.

-Innovative and proactive mindset.

Proficiency in Dutch is required; English is necessary for internal communication.
