Role Overview: We are seeking either a hands-on Senior or a Lead Developer with a strong background in Ruby. In this role, you will work with a talented team of developers, drive the development of high-quality software solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the future of our technology stack and mentoring junior developers. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance and support. (optional)
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Ruby applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
Ensure code quality, performance, and security through best practices and code reviews.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Mentor and coach junior developers to enhance their skills and career growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Developer with expertise in Ruby.
Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
Experience with Front End technologies (eg, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
