Job Description:
We are seeking a Supervision/SCADA Engineer to enhance industrial data management for our customers in the nuclear sector. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire data flow chain-from sensors to supervision systems-ensuring the highest standards of quality, performance, and security for deployed solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Data Management: Overseeing the management of data from industrial processes or Building Management Systems (GTB), ensuring all data is integrated efficiently and meets client specifications.
- Documentation & Specifications: Drafting and maintaining detailed technical specifications, quality documentation, and progress reports in alignment with project requirements.
- Development of Supervision Applications: Designing, developing, and implementing supervision applications tailored to industrial environments.
- Solution Maintenance: Ensuring that deployed systems remain operational through regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and system updates.
- Quality & Standards Implementation: Enforcing coding standards, configuration management practices, and other quality assurance processes to ensure service excellence and compliance.
- Industrial Commissioning: Leading the commissioning activities on customer sites, including installation, testing, and system integration.
- User Training: Conducting user training sessions to ensure customers are proficient in using the developed applications.
- Technological Monitoring: Keeping up to date with the latest technological advancements in industrial supervision, SCADA systems, and the nuclear sector.
Profile:
We are looking for an organized, motivated, and proactive engineer with a strong background in industrial engineering. You should have at least 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the industrial automation or nuclear sectors. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: A Bac+5 (Master's Degree) in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in supervision, SCADA systems, or industrial automation.
- Skills:
- Experience with supervision software such as Panorama E2, Intouch, or PCvue.
- Familiarity with general project management processes, including Quality Plans, Verification Plans, Configuration Management, Integration Plans, and Validation Plans.
- Strong ability to produce technical documentation and communicate complex concepts effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Nuclear Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with nuclear environment monitoring requirements and the V-cycle (Verification and Validation).
- Cybersecurity: Knowledge of implementing cybersecurity rules and standards in industrial environments.
- Automation Systems: Experience with Siemens and/or Schneider automation systems.
- Documentation Mastery: Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce high-quality technical reports and documentation.
