This role is permanent position based in Bern Canton & comes with some office allowance. Your Role: Provision, operate & further develop a stable, reliable, sustainable & modern ICT infrastructure. Hold responsibility for the smooth operations & maintenance of applications on various platforms. Monitor & analyze security events & threats in the ICT landscape in Real Time. Work with other teams to ensure ICT security & to develop & implement security strategies. Hold responsibility for the continuous test management applications. Work closely with the service desk & other teams to solve complex application problems. Your Skills: At least 2 years of professional experience in ICT System Engineering (more senior candidates with 10+ years of experience are also encouraged to apply). Skilled & experienced in both Windows & Linux OS Environments. Strong expertise in the Administration of IT Infrastructures & Cloud Services. Skilled & experienced in Ticketing Systems, IT Management Tools & Network Administration & Security. An in-depth knowledge of ITIL processes. Your Profile: Completed University Degree in the area of Computer Science or similar. Strong communication skills. Collaborative, analytical, resilient & both solution, team & service-oriented. Fluent in English & German language skills (to at least C1 Level) are mandatory requirements.

Your role: Participate in an ICT transformation project. Support the operation & further development of central data infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, Azure). Operate, control, monitor & maintain ICT services for operations. Locate, isolate & eliminate complex faults. Your Skills: At least 2 years of professional experience in Windows System Engineering. Skilled & experienced in Windows Server & Active Directory. Experienced in Cloud Solutions based on Microsoft Azure. Accustomed to Monitoring & Backup activities on a daily basis. Your Profile: Completed Education/University Degree in the areas of IT/Computer Science (or similar). Cooperative, communicative, logical, analytical & both team & solution-oriented. This role is permanent position based in Thurgau Canton & comes with good home office allowance. Your Role: Provide efficient & effective ICT Support, predominantly to internal customers. Partake in user support, problem identification & diagnosis, troubleshooting & resolution, ticket management & communication with the end user. Capture & analyze reported issues to identify root cause & develop solutions. Perform troubleshooting procedures to efficiently resolve IT issues & ensure business processes & value streams run smoothly. Manage help desk tickets using agile methodologies, including rapid response to requests, prioritization based on urgency & continuous optimization of processes. Actively communicate with users to update the status of their reported issues & explain solutions. Contribute to the ongoing development of the area/team by sharing knowledge & contributing new ideas. Assume specific tasks & responsibilities to improve ICT services & products. Your Skills & Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in as an ICT Support Engineer specialist. Strong expertise in Analyzing & Troubleshooting Hardware issues & Application Software. Experienced in handling modern technologies such as M365, Windows/Linux Operating Systems, Directory Services, Mobile Devices, IAM & SaaS. Some knowledge of Network Technology & Security. Experienced in Agile Methodologies. Any experience in Client/Systems Engineering is considered advantageous. Your Profile: Completed Training or Studies in Computer Science or similar. Enthusiastic to continuously learn, further develop & share knowledge. Open, communicative, organized, structured & forward-thinking. Fluent in English (spoken & written) & proficient German language skills to at least B2 level are mandatory requirements.
