ServiceNow Consultant with CMDB & Discovery Experience - Permanent - London/Hybrid - up to £60k base & Benefits

Our client is a leading provider of ServiceNow Consultancy Services and they are looking for a talented and experienced ServiceNow Consultant with hands on CMDB and Discovery experience to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand their business needs and develop ServiceNow solutions to meet those needs.
• Design, implement, and configure ServiceNow modules, including CMDB, Discovery, ITSM, ITOM, and Change Management.
• Perform data migrations and integrations with other systems.
• Develop and deliver training to users on how to use ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• Hands on Experience with CMDB and Discovery modules is essential.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, and Change Management modules is a plus.
• Experience with data migration and integration is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
