Summary
You will work in an agile, product- and process-oriented team. In the SAP-PS and SAP-PPM environment, you will be responsible for transforming the existing applications in SAP R/3 into SAP S/4.
Responsibilities
Collaboration in the implementation of a new ITSM solution.
Management of our ITSM processes and their automation. You have a strong focus on incident, change, service request and configuration management.
Designing and improving modern processes with a focus on automation via command and control
Participate in planning and strategy meetings and assist in defining the organisation and service delivery.
Key Skills
5+ years relevant experience
Scripting and automation: skills in Scripting languages to automate tasks.
Experience with API integration/development.
ITIL and DevOps experience
Knowledge of ITSM tools: Several years of experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Ivanti or BMC Remedy.
Several years of experience with IT Asset Management and IT Configuration Management processes.
Experience in managing IT projects and implementing ITSM processes.
