Performance Tester (Cyber Flood and Avalanche Experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Performance Tester with expertise in Cyber Flood and Avalanche to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the robustness and scalability of our systems by conducting comprehensive performance testing using industry-leading tools.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct performance testing to assess the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of our applications.
2. Utilize Cyber Flood and Avalanche tools to design and execute performance tests in simulated real-world scenarios.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and performance objectives.
4. Analyse test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
5. Develop and maintain performance testing scripts, scenarios, and test data sets.
6. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in performance testing.
7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting performance test results and insights.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Performance Tester with a focus on web-based applications.
3. Hands-on experience with Cyber Flood and Avalanche tools.
4. Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
5. Proficiency in Scripting languages (eg, Python, JavaScript) for test automation.
6. Ability to analyse complex systems and troubleshoot performance issues.
7. Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Certification in performance testing (eg, ISTQB Performance Testing Certification) is a plus.
