They cater to a wide variety of industries, offering services to meet client requirements and enhance efficiency, reduce costs and leverage technology.
They are seeking a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to provide first and second-line technical support and maintenance on-site for one of their clients in the medical industry. As the 2nd Line IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for documenting incidents and service requests, resolving support issues, and ensuring that service levels and targets are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction and consistent service delivery standards.
