Job Advert: SAP COE Manager

Location: Brussels - Can only consider candidates from Belgium or The Netherlands

My client is currently in need of an SAP CEO Manager to join a S4 Transformation Project near Brussels. This is a full time role to start ASAP and will initially run for 6 months, with the chance to extend or go permanent.

Project Overview:

Manage a team of 9 people (Manage backlog & set priorities to the team; Coach and Guide SAP BA's; Team performance management; Provide leadership and strategy to the SAP CoE team and ongoing SAP developments).

Working model: Hybrid

Travel: Weekly travel to Brussels.

Languages: Fluent in English, French or Dutch is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• Manage AMS budget tracking.
• Develop the international SAP competence center, focusing on process optimization, documentation, entity awareness, team communication, efficiency, and training.
• Establish the COE.
• Set short-, mid-, and long-term strategies and roadmaps for SAP competence center with the SAP architect.
• Oversee SAP support, incident management, and enhancement development for SAP and its interfaces.
• Manage AMS vendor relationships, contracts, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with MDR, JSOX, and ISO standards; participate in audits.
• Require in-depth knowledge of an SAP module; PM background helpful, but seeking functional analyst expertise beyond SAP PM roles.
