A leading consultancy-based organisation is currently looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join a growing Oracle team where you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. There will be variety within this role as the successful functional consultant will be involved in pre-sales activities, including bid opportunities, solution proposals, and client presentations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including Core HR, Talent Management, and other HCM modules.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews with clients to understand their business processes and needs.
• Configure/support configuration of the Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet client-specific requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Draft all data migration specification documents, working closely with the client to develop data extract templates and related materials.
• Enforce data screening practices in alignment with agreements made with Client data owners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project life cycle, providing expert guidance and support.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on the functionalities and best practices of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Act as the single point of contact for the client on all aspects of data migration.
• Collaborate closely with client data owners to ensure the implementation of agreed-upon data standards, escalating issues to the Solution Architect and Data Migration Lead as necessary.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support new business opportunities and develop tailored HCM Cloud solutions for prospective clients.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including client presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development.
• Assist in the creation of bid responses, solution proposals, and other sales collateral.

Skills

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and consulting in a complex project environment.
• Minimum of 2 full end to end Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
• Strong understanding of HCM and Talent processes, product capabilities, roadmap, and best practices.
• Proven expertise in configuring and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Time & Absence and Talent Management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Experience in pre-sales activities, including client presentations and proposal development.
