Title: Software Engineer

Salary: Up to €65,000 D.O.E

Our IOT Client is on the lookout for a talented professional to join their team and help innovate a platform that supports 9,000+ venues, including 83 of the world's busiest airports.

This role comes with a lot of exciting projects and an opportunity for further progression!

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and deploy new features in a high-performance SaaS platform.
• Work with a modern tech stack that includes Scala/Java, TypeScript, Kafka, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our platform's capabilities.
• Contribute to a system handling thousands of requests per second, deployed across 5 regions and multiple clouds.

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in Java/Scala/Kotlin (or strong OOP/functional programming skills with a desire to learn Scala).
• Solid experience in web application development and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with IaaS/PaaS, Scripting (Python, Bash), and Unix/Linux environments.
• Bonus: Experience with DevOps, containerization (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes), and messaging systems like Kafka.
