Job Title: SAP Integration Specialist - SAP Integration Suite Standard

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Specialist to join a dynamic team for an exciting project focused on integrating SAP SuccessFactors (SFSF) with ERP systems and other non-SAP platforms. The project will utilize SAP Integration Suite Standard, and the role offers an excellent opportunity to work remotely on a highly impactful initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage integrations between SAP SuccessFactors (SFSF) and ERP systems, as well as with non-SAP platforms.
• Leverage SAP Integration Suite Standard to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow across multiple systems.
• Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to define integration requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Provide support and best practices to ensure the efficiency and scalability of the integrations.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with SAP Integration Suite Standard, particularly in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with ERP and non-SAP systems.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and its integration capabilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in integrating complex systems in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Nearshore resources only - candidates from regions with a similar time zone to Europe (eg, Eastern Europe, Africa, etc.) are encouraged to apply.
