About the Role:
We are seeking skilled and experienced consultants to support the post-go-live operations of SAP S/4 within our organization. This role is crucial to ensuring seamless process execution and efficient handling of manual tasks, particularly in areas requiring rework or corrections within the device and installation environments.

As an SAP S/4 Clarification Case Specialist, you will independently manage clerical and operational tasks in a clearly defined area of responsibility, focusing on process interruptions and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle clarification cases caused by process interruptions in SAP S/4.
• Focus on clearing device processes, billing assignment processes, and annual billing processes (SEP).
• Correct and resolve issues within clarification cases, restart processes, and ensure their successful completion.
• Conduct research and resolve incorrect master data issues, often requiring investigation in Legacy systems.
• Coordinate and clear discrepancies between SAP S/4 and Legacy systems.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in the energy industry.
• Strong IT knowledge, particularly in IS-U systems.
• Exceptional proficiency in German (written and spoken).
