IS Client Support Specialist

Based onsite in Crawley, with hybrid working after initial period

£40,000 - £45,000

Permanent full time

My client are looking for a talented IT Support specialist who excels at customer service and has strong, well-rounded technical skills.

As IS Client Support Specialist you will be required to complete the following tasks.

• Provide Client support with excellent customer service to employees across all European offices
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and bring to resolution both software and hardware client support requests
• Incident monitoring of tickets through the ticketing system
• Assisting in local Projects
• Create and maintain the company PC image
• Prepare PC's and iPhones for new starters and follow the company refresh program
• PC and iPhone management including procurement, support and updates
• Windows OS and Office updates and upgrades
• Software vulnerability management to secure company devices using Defender365
• Complete software deployments through automatic systems of approved tools
• Device backup review and resolving issues through Redstor PRO
• Anti-malware protection review, diagnostics and resolution
• Under instruction where needed maintain, install, replace, server and network equipment in server rooms
