Our client in Utrecht, The Netherlands is looking for an SAP Sales & Service Cloud (C4C) Consultant to work in a team that is responsible for development, management and maintenance of service-oriented processes

Requirements
. 3 years of SAP Sales & Service/C4C experience
. 3 years of SAP CRM experience
. Agile experience preferred
. Experience with WebUI, IC Webclient nice to have
. Dutch language skills

Responsibilities
. Ensure maintenance of SAP C4C/CRM.
. Handling incidents and user questions
. Monitoring the SLAs for the team.
. Resolve problems, use and functionality and identify common issues.
