• Security integrations/authentication
• Microsoft Office 365
• Cisco - umbrella/ISE
• ITIL
• ISO
• Team management
• Ability to communicate professionally to stakeholders and clients in both technical and non-technical settings
• Budget management and cost reduction management experience
