IAM Support Specialist - L3/Sailpoint IIQ/Financial Services
We have been retained by a leading Financial Services customer as they seek multiple IAM Support Specialists on a freelance basis.
These positions involve providing 3rd line support for IAM operations, focusing on reviewing access requests, managing extended web profiles, handling email queries, and improving service quality within SLAs.
Candidates should have experience in IAM support, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with IAM concepts is essential, while experience with SailPoint IIQ and a background in banking or ITIL processes are advantageous but not required.
