Role Overview:
We are looking for a Data Analyst consultant to join our team for a 6-month parental leave cover. In this role, you will work closely with Retail stakeholders and internal colleagues to address key priorities within the Retail landscape. You will analyze both internal and external data, focusing on areas such as growth in physical stores and online channels, customer behavior, and store optimization. Your work will provide proactive insights and decision support for strategic initiatives, helping drive key business decisions. You will collaborate with various Retail teams and the broader organization to solve complex business challenges through data.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work with a diverse set of stakeholders across Retail, both globally and regionally, to identify and understand their analytical needs and priorities.
Data-Driven Insight Generation: Convert business questions into structured analysis, guiding the entire process from defining objectives to presenting actionable insights.
Advanced Data Analysis: Work with large datasets, selecting and testing appropriate models and methods for analysis. Apply technical expertise in SQL, R, Python, Power BI, or similar tools to achieve your analysis goals.
Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct quick-turnaround analyses to address pressing business questions or emerging needs.
Effective Communication & Reporting: Provide senior stakeholders with clear, concise insights and recommendations, ensuring that your findings are actionable and aligned with business objectives.
