Job Title: SAP SD/MM Functional Specialist

Location: Stockholm (Remote work allowed up to 25%)

Employment Period: March 3, 2025 - March 31, 2026

Utilization: Full-time (100%)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Functional Specialist to join our team for a senior consulting role. This position involves working on cutting-edge retail solutions, with a focus on inventory management, supply chain processes, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business experts and stakeholders to analyze and document requirements.
• Write detailed functional specifications and facilitate walkthroughs with developers.
• Provide guidance to developers by supplying test data and clarifications.
• Conduct functional testing to ensure high-quality deliveries.
• Perform root cause analysis for reported issues and recommend solutions.
• Maintain and oversee a complex configuration of batch jobs.
• Utilize tools such as Jira and Active Control to manage tasks efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong expertise in SAP Inventory Management (MM/SD).
• Experience with SAP Retail, particularly in the order-to-cash process.
• In-depth understanding of how stock count processes integrate end-to-end with allocation, replenishment, sales, BOPIS, and storage management.
• Solid knowledge of supply chain challenges and article master data in SAP Retail.
• Proficient in specifying integration contracts and testing integrations from a functional perspective.
• Demonstrated experience with structured tools like Jira and Active Control.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in retail environments.
• Analytical problem-solving skills with a structured approach to working.
