About the Role: We are seeking a talented and motivated SAP HR Payroll Techno-Functional Specialist to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for individuals with strong functional knowledge of SAP HR Payroll, who also have a knack for technical aspects such as coding, data management, and problem-solving. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our SAP HR Payroll systems, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement of business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional expertise in SAP HR Payroll, supporting day-to-day operations and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement system improvements.
• Assist with coding, data management, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless system integration.
• Work on customizing and configuring SAP HR Payroll modules to meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performing root cause analysis and suggesting appropriate fixes.
• Conduct system testing, assist in user training, and offer post-implementation support.
• Stay up to date with SAP HR Payroll best practices, new features, and updates.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP HR Payroll, including configuration and system setup.
• Ability to manage both functional and technical aspects of SAP HR Payroll.
• Proficient in coding and data handling (ABAP knowledge is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a technical mindset and attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP HR Payroll implementation, support, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
