Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyse Financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and ad-hoc analysis
• Evaluate existing financial processes and systems
• Recommend and implement process improvements
• Work with finance and non-finance departments to gather requirements
• Collaborate with software developers to implement system enhancements
• Extensive use of Sage financial systems and Microsoft GP Dynamics
• Document financial system processes, procedures, and workflows
• Producing PIVOT Tables, Macros and Formulas using MS Excel
• Assist with audits and compliance reporting
• Resolve user issues related to financial systems
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and purpose solutions
