Hamilton Barnes is seeking a Dynamics 365 WMS Consultant to lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions tailored to SCM and WMS requirements. This role focuses on aligning business needs with Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities, delivering seamless system performance, and supporting critical supply chain operations. The client is offering hybrid working, with an initial [6-month contract/Specify Duration] and strong potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Mapping: Leverage SCM, WMS, AWMS, and Dynamics 365 product experience to map business requirements to D365 F&O.
• Functional Design: Prepare detailed functional design documents for requirements and user stories related to SCM and WMS.
• Solution Development: Design comprehensive solutions, including data models for SCM and WMS requirements.
• Data Migration & Integration: Provide expert inputs for data migration and integration design to ensure seamless system performance.
• Testing & Training Support: Actively participate in functional and user acceptance testing, and support the testing and training teams with functionality insights.

What you Will Ideally Bring:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Expertise: Excellent proficiency in Dynamics 365 F&O with a strong focus on SCM and related modules.
• SCM Module Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Inventory Management, Asset Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, Service Management, Cost Management, and Transportation/Warehouse Management.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent documentation and articulation abilities.
• Solution Architecture: Proficiency in solution architecture and design concepts, including interface and third-party system integrations.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Crewe (Initial 1,2 days a week on site)
• Day Rate: Up to £700 per day - Dependent on experience
