Job Title: SAP WM QM PP MM Czech Speaking

Location: Remote/Prague, Czech Republic
Contract Duration: 6 months (Starting ASAP)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (WM), Quality Management (QM), Production Planning (PP), and Materials Management (MM). This role will focus on fit-gap analysis and ensuring smooth integration between these modules, rather than implementation. The consultant will be involved in assessing business processes, identifying gaps, and making recommendations as part of a transformation project to S/4HANA.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in one or more of the SAP modules (WM, QM, PP, MM) and a deep understanding of how they integrate with the other modules. Experience in the process industry is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fit-gap analysis to assess current business processes and identify gaps in SAP solutions.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and document findings.
• Evaluate the integration of SAP WM, QM, PP, and MM with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and align SAP solutions to meet business needs.
• Support S4 HANA transformation, focusing on gap analysis and optimization.
• Engage in cross-functional workshops to validate processes and identify areas of improvement.
• Deliver high-level design and process documentation based on gap analysis.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, business users, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and project progress.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Expertise in one or more SAP modules: WM, QM, PP, MM. A strong understanding of cross-module integration is a must.
• Experience with S/4HANA transformation projects, particularly in gap analysis.
• Strong knowledge of business processes in the process industry is highly desirable.
• Ability to understand and translate business needs into SAP system requirements.
• Strong communication skills in Czech, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience with fit-gap analysis in an SAP environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote working environment.

Desired Experience:

• Previous consulting experience in SAP transformation or upgrade projects.
• Familiarity with S4 HANA system landscapes and related modules.
• Understanding of process industry-specific requirements and processes.
