Lead Genesys Sprinklr Developer

We require a developer with experience in GENESYS/Sprinklr and extensive expertise in Contact Center Solution & chatbot technologies

Lead technical aspects of Contact Center & chatbot projects from conception to deployment.

Architect, develop, and deploy solutions using platforms like Genesys, Sprinklr, Dialogflow, or other similar technologies.

Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying chatbot solutions.

Technical Skills:

Very strong technical skills in Genesys, Sprinklr or similar.

Programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.

AI/ML concepts related to Natural Language Processing (NLP).

APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
