About Us:
We are in the midst of transforming our SAP IT operating model towards a more product-centric approach. As part of this shift, we're looking for an SAP Procurement Functional Consultant to join our team and help develop our Group SAP Procurement product. We use an SCRUM/Agile methodology, focusing on maintaining existing solutions while also implementing innovative procurement tools and solutions.

Our current landscape includes an S4HANA 2023 system with SRM on-premise, Ariba Network, Sourcing, and SAP Stock Room Management. Our goal is to transition to a private cloud solution by 2027, with a Fiori-first strategy at the core.

Your Role:
As an SAP Procurement Expert, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and evolving the SAP Procurement product within a dynamic, cross-functional team. Here's a breakdown of your responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage the "SAP Procurement" product as part of the product team.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP solutions that optimize procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations.
• Advise the product team (Functional Analysts, Business Analysts, Product Owner) on how to meet requirements with the best solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various teams and departments to ensure alignment and integration.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
• Independently manage new requirements and write functional specifications for developers.
• Oversee and execute IT testing, delivering results to both product teams and end customers.
• Monitor system health by reviewing workflow logs, short dump logs, application logs, etc., to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay on top of technical trends to ensure the adoption of state-of-the-art solutions.
• Provide second- and third-line support for SAP Procurement.
• Facilitate workshops with customers alongside Product Owners and Business Analysts.
• Ensure that technical solutions align with the P2P process and maintain coherence with other products, particularly in finance and controlling.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience with SAP Procurement, including Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, Operational Procurement, SAP WM (Stock Room Management), SAP MM, and SAP Workflow.
• Solid experience in customizing procurement processes to meet specific business needs.
• Familiarity with a Fiori-first approach and S4HANA.
• Strong understanding of integration points between SAP modules.
• Ability to act as the liaison between business analysts and developers, providing clear guidance and support.
• Experience with SAP SRM, SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Business Network) is a plus.
• Knowledge of ABAP and Fiori (ability to debug at a minimum) is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of procurement and warehouse management processes.
• SAP certification in MM, Ariba, or WM is a plus.
