Responsibilities

As a Technical Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage IAM projects to align with organizational objectives and security standards.
  • Assess and review IAM technical controls to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement and monitor IAM controls effectively.
  • Provide clear evidence of IAM technical controls during audits and compliance reviews.
  • Act as a liaison between technical engineers and 2nd/3rd line teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation, delivering milestones on schedule.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the security and integrity of systems and data.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in IAM and information security, applying knowledge to improve processes and controls.

Your Profile

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a focus on Information Security or IAM.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in reviewing and evidencing technical controls for audits and compliance purposes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
  • Project management certification (eg, PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
